With close ties to Siemens Global Solutions, we can offer tailor-made solutions starting with conceptual project planning and design, and concluding with equipment installation, commissioning, training and maintaining the healthcare facilities as well as proposing facility operations and BOT concepts. Projects are coordinated and managed by a highly professional team, with diverse skills and extensive industry knowledge. The objective is to optimally equip healthcare facilities, at par with world standards.

Technical Services Unit

To ensure a sustained outcomes and performance levels at par with international standards, a technical team of skilled and certified service engineers and technicians, respond and attend to service calls throughout the UAE for the equipment we deliver. In house and fully equipped service centers in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi assure fast response and service levels in line with the manufacturers' recommendation. This is the most critical component of our business through which we develop and maintain our relationship with our clients and enhance their confidence in our products and company.

Our set-up recognizes the vital need for a service infrastructure, back-up support and the availability of spare parts in ensuring a minimum downtime operation.

Our customers can also benefit from service offering portfolios ranging from on call support to PM visits to fully fledged maintenance contracts, tailor made to suit the needs of our most demanding clients.
